Mobile Medical Camps

“Smile for Hope” and a team of medical professionals and volunteers held a Mobile Medical Camp in Jyamdi from October 6 – 8, 2015. 527 young adults and adolescents aged 4 to 21 and 36 adults were reached during that camp.

From December 25 – 27, 2015 the Follow-up Mobile Medical Camp reached another 204 children and students and 178 villagers. 278 of those treated during the first camp in October had completely recovered from their ailments and were in good health.

A third Mobile Medical Camp was held December 12 – 13, 2015 in Devisthan reaching 1578 villagers aged 3 to 83.

Including the Mobile Medical Camp held in October 2014 “Smile for Hope” has reached an approximately 4,000 locals.
